Dogs are most faithful and friendly as pets. Right from choosing a dog to taking care of it and considering it as a friend is most important.  I like my dog who is a friend to me and I take care of my dog.  Whenever I come back from work, I see him eagerly waiting for me and as I am in he gets his ball to play.  They do have the understanding power too; when I ask him to wait for a while it does, before we start playing.  It also takes care of me as I take care of him. Training them is very important and they have to be trained the way they are able to learn. Getting them used to the daily life and eating habits and then cleanliness.
