Winter is by far my favorite season. I love bundling up in my heavy coat, fuzzy mittens, warm boots, and a silly hat before taking a walk in the mornings. The feeling of cold air on my cheeks every time I walk outside is refreshing. Watching snowflakes quietly, gracefully float to the ground, slowly covering the grass and the slick, wet roads is the most aesthetic scene. The hot chocolate cooking on the stove top arouses my senses of taste and smell. Snuggling under the covers with my fiancé at the end of a fun-filled day of sledding, building snowmen, and hurling snowballs at each other is the perfect ending to my perfect winter day.
It is four o’clock in the morning and I have not slept a wink. The only sound that I hear is humming of the refrigerator coming from the kitchen. My loved ones are fast asleep, dreaming their sweet dreams, and I am wide awake. Maybe I sipped on one too many cups of coffee this evening. I can’t be blamed for that. I do love the smell of Columbian roast brewing in the coffee pot. The interesting thing is that I actually want to sleep. I want to be normal for once. I want to wake up with everyone else just one time, instead of finally laying my head down as their eyes flutter open for the new day ahead of them. My day is still going, while others’ have long since ended. My day will be over soon, hopefully.

Every Halloween I always go out with my children to get them candy. What good parent wouldn’t? However one year, my wife decided to get me a puppy for my birthday. Boy were the kids thrilled, but come Halloween I had to do something with him when I took the kids out, so I dressed him up in a dog Halloween costume as a Tiger. He was by far the most unique thing out there that year. I think he probably brought in more candy than my kids did!
The name of My school is St. Mary’s Anglo Indian Girls High School. It is located in Fort Cochin. I studies there for 12 years, so I have spent a great amount of my time there in my life. From Kindergarten to the 10th I Studied in that school. It was a convent school and the sisters there were so lovable, and kind. They treated us like their own. We had Mass every First Friday of the Month and what beautiful hyms the sisters used to sing. Then to say about the teachers – they were our second parents. They taught us everything. We are in this position today because of them. I loved my school very much. I was in the band team in my school. We were a lovely team. My friends from school are still in touch with me.

I love my house very much. The surroundings of my house, the beautiful garden, and the best part is that it is near the Sea. We have wonderful seashore and in the evenings it is full with people and what buzz it makes. My bedroom is the coolest place. I have bed, a table and I have decorated my room beautifully. Even if I am sad when I come into my room I just feel I have someone with me. I love it. My family is also very lovable. In my neighbourhood we have a volleyball team, and in the evening we go to the beach and have a good game. We all just love it. We do have small gatherings also, and we celebrate everybody’s birthday at the beach.
It was my childhood dream which could not be fulfilled due to poverty. I always wanted to be a doctor. I have gone through a lot in my life and I wanted to help the poor and needy. If I was a doctor, ofcourser I will work for my fess but half the time I would give to the poor and needy. I would give them medicines for free especially for the poor children or the orphans. When I was young I always fantasized myself to be a doctor, even when we were playing games I would be the doctor. As a doctor I could have done so much for my country, help the soldiers who fight for the country. I could have nursed all those who are in need. If I was a doctor I would have worked for any Charitable Society. I would also have traveled inorder to help the poor.
If God would have given me power for a Day – I would have been happy. I would have used it for World Peace, I would have eradicated cancer from young children. I really feel sorry for the, the pain they go through. Yes I would also build a very big house for me. I love big houses. The way rich people live. But I wont use money for anything bad. It’s just that I have gone through a lot of poverty, so if I have the power I would take care of myself a bit. I will give for the needy and also for slum dwellers. I would have educated poor children and give them atleast a full meal. I would have brought all the terrorist and make them repent for what they have done and put a full stop to terrorism once and for all.

I am a married woman, and this is one thing which I wanted to tell somebody for a long time. I am a working mother, and I have two kids. My office times are a bit late. Sometimes I feel very tired after office. If my husband asks me – how was your day darling – I think I would be on top of the world. Or if he sometimes asks me – dear have you had your dinner or lunch – I think I would be the happiest woman in this whole world. It means a lot to me. I always long that my husband takes care of these small things. He is a very good husband but he does not notice these little things which means a lot to me. Once in while if he remembers my birthday or our Wedding Anniversary that also means a lot to me.
If you have a cute dog you must buy a sweater for him/her this winter. I feel that this winter is going to be little cold as expected. There are wide ranges of dog sweaters available in the market. But to choose a good sweater is going to be little difficult as you might want to keep your dog warm and cute. Depending upon the size of your dog you can choose a sweater that will suit him/her the best. And you can buy beautifully knit dog sweaters online or from local shopping malls. If you are planning to take your dog in your daily morning work, then you should buy him a cool sweater for sure. I know you all love your pets and I am sure you will buy a sweater for your dog this winter.

Guess what! We have never been abroad for Holiday and this is our first Trip overseas. We are going to the US for Holidays! Hurray. All of us are so excited and just waiting for the D-Day. My brother who is living there has made a long itinerary for us to spend our vacation. He has dotted down everything – from A – Z that is planned for the vacation. We are having an entire tour of the State. I have already started packing my box. There are so many things to be taken care off before we leave. Everyday when we get up there is only one thing in our minds now – VACATION to the US. What a wonderful feeling. We are also planning a one week retreat for the family.
